Phoetry Final: I wont Want to go to Bed by Kenn Nesbitt



I do not want to go to bed.
I like to stay up late.
I'm bouncing off teh bedroom walls
and, frankly, feeling great!


I'm dancing like a maniac instead of counting sheep.
My mom says, "time for bed."
My dad yells, "get your butt to sleep!"


I'm not sure what my bottom
has to do with anything,
but thats okay because I'd rather
jump around and sing.


I don't know what it was
that made me feel so wide awake.
could it have been the red bull
and the double-chocolate cake?


iIwonder if the seven cups
of coffee plus dessert
of hershey bars and skittles
are what left me this alert?

Narrative Photograph

I like this picture because it demonstrates a mood of happiness that one can relate to, it shows how the guy and the girl are having a good time. It lets you make up your own idea of the picture, for example they could be a cute couple on their date or they could be really good friends just having a good time. I also like how they focus on them and it blurs the background, and it captures them laughing which brings happiness to the picture. lastly the vanilla ice cream kinda gives off a bright color to the picture, its eye catching and it also could be a significant item for the people in the picture.
